Is the Customer Information Desk open?
No. Our Information Desk is currently closed, if you need assistance when on site there will be staff available to assist you.
Will the toilets be open?
The Avenue and bus station toilets are the only toilets open for use.
Which stores are open?
We are closed for all except essential retail and click & collect services. For information on what’s open please click here.
Can I use the lift?
Our lifts are available for use, but social distancing is required at all time, and we recommend one person or household per lift.
Are the car parks open?
Car parks C – K remain open as usual however, car parks A &B upper and lower are closed to the public.
Is Accessibility open?
No, accessibility is closed. If you are on site and require assistance please contact control on 0117 915 5313.
Do I have to wear a face mask/covering?
In line with the latest guidance from the Government, face coverings are compulsory throughout the centre, including in all our stores, unless you have a legitimate reason not to wear one such as a disability. For more information on who is exempt please visit the Government’s website.
My gift card expired while the centre was closed, what can I do?
If you have a gift card that has expired during this lockdown, Flex-e-Card will be happy to offer an extension to the expiry date. If you would like to extend the date of your card, please give them a call directly on 0844 77 44 277, and they can assist you with this. Calls will be charged at 5p per minute. Please be advised there may be additional access charges from your service provider.
Are the Amazon lockers open?
Yes, the Amazon lockers are still open: Monday – Saturday 10am – 7pm, Sunday 11am – 5pm
