Purple Tuesday is a global initiative that aims to improve the experience of disabled customers by raising awareness of their needs and encouraging businesses to make changes.

Purple Tuesday encourages businesses to educate customers and retailers about the importance of disability awareness and inclusivity, implement solutions to improve accessibility in their customer environments and make public commitments to improve accessibility.

Here at Cribbs we offer a range of support for our customers. Our Guest Services team are currently undertaking the Purple Tuesday delivered Disability and Customer Service Training, so that they are well placed to assist customers with a wide range of needs that visit the centre.

We want all of our visitors to enjoy their experience at Cribbs so we offer free use of wheelchairs and scooters from newly refurbished Accessibility centre, for shoppers who need extra assistance.

We additionally have a Changing Places facility which provide customers extra equipment and space to allow them to use the toilets safely and comfortably.
