The Mall is accessible for everybody
We want all our visitors to enjoy The Mall. That’s why it’s been designed with accessibility in mind—and why we offer free use of wheelchairs and scooters from Accessibility, our service for shoppers who need extra assistance.
Visitors will be required to wear face coverings upon entry of access and a track and trace code is available for those with the NHS app. Those with medical conditions and disabilities will be an exception to the rule along with children under the age of 11.
A great deal of effort has gone into making the mall a safe place for our staff and customers, so we ask that everyone respects this new rule to ensure we limit the spread of COVID-19 and keep everyone safe. Thank you.
Changing Places facility now open!
The Mall's Changing Places facility is located on the upper mall, at the bus station entrance next to John Lewis. For more information click here
Please ask at the Information Desk, on the lower level or visit Accessibility.
